According to reports Sony is suing a 47 year old music industry worker for $233,000 for putting '4' on Pirate Bay, the bootleg mecca.
Sony claims their relationship with Beyonce was seriously damaged and that marketing efforts and Beyonce's reputation were also affected.
This is the first case ever to involve the monitoring and subsequent charging of a BitTorrent user in Sweden.
