Last week Pamela Smith filed a paternity suit against Michael Jordan, at the urging of her 16 year old son, demanding Michael Jordan take a paternity test, begin contributing to their household, and legally change her son's last name to Jordan [click here if you missed that].
Welp, Pamela and her son are about to be embarrassed.
According to a counter suit filed by Michael Jordan in court yesterday, the boy's paternity was "conclusively established" during Pamela's divorce from her ex-husband. Boom.
Michael is also pursuing action against Pamela for her false claims against him and is asking that her case be dismissed.
