Last year Kevin Clash's career as the voice of Sesame Street's Elmo came to a crashing halt after four young men came forward accusing Kevin of having inappropriate sexual relationships with them when they were underage [click here if you missed that].
The four men, now grown, filed civil suits against Kevin seeking monetary damages, but Kev wants the cases thrown out.
His reason? Not because he didn't do it, but because the statute of limitations has run out.
In each case the relationships happened over ten years ago and the statute of limitations is six years.
