When TJ was first named co-guardian of Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket, he initially turned down the money insisting it was too much.
Now Kathrine is insisting TJ be paid, claiming he spends 300 hours a month caring for the children and should be compensated.
A judge must sign off on the deal.
