Gucci Mane, real name Radric Davis, was booked into the Fulton County jail yesterday and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon.
Gucci is accused of hitting a US soldier in the head with a champagne bottle after he asked to take a picture of Gucci at the Harlem Nights club in Atlanta [click here if you missed that].
Gucci's next hearing is April 10.
