According to TMZ Evelyn claims Chad's accusations are %100 false and she issued a cease and desist letter warning him to stop spreading lies about her or she will get a restraining order against him.
Ironically Chad is due in court on Monday to determine if his probation for head butting Eve during their 3 month marriage can be terminated early for good behavior.
