The Battle for the Barbadian continues to haunt Chris Brown and Drake after both are hit with new lawsuits stemming from their bottle throwing fight at a New York night club...
Chris Brown and Drake are being sued by two women who were inside W.I.P. the night Chris and Drake got into a fight over Rihanna [click here if you missed that].
According to their lawsuits both ladies suffered severe personal injuries, cosmetic deformities, scarring, extreme pain and suffering, mental anguish and distress.
They are also suing W.I.P for negligence on the grounds that,
“it was reasonably foreseeable that this altercation would occur after defendant Drake sent a note to Brown who is known to have a hot temper.”Both are seeking monetary damages.
