Jeffrey Hubbard was part of the Glover party on Lake Lanier July 2012 when he lost control of his jet ski and ran over Kile, who was sitting on an inflatable raft [click here if you missed that].
Kile never regained consciousness and died in the hospital 15 days later of heart failure.
Jeffery pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges of homicide with a vessel, reckless operation of a vessel, unlawful operation of a personal watercraft, boat traffic violation, and serious injury by vessel.
The next hearing date is set for later this year.
