TMZ got their hands on Siohvaugh's latest court filing and Siovaugh says Dwyane has neglected to obtain asthma inhalers or an asthma nebulizer machine, even though both their son's suffer from the life threatening illness.
Siohvaughn is also accusing Dwyane of alienating her from her sons and wants him prosecuted for visitation abuse.
