San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker sustained a pierced cornea after being caught in the crossfire at Club W.I.P. when Chris Brown and Drake got into a fist fight over Rihanna last August [click here if you missed that].
Now Tony is using Chris' latest skirmish with Frank Ocean to bolster his lawsuit against the club...
Tony is suing W.I.P for $20 million claiming they should have known better than to allow Chris Brown inside the club with Drake and according to TMZ, Tony just amended his lawsuit to mention Chris Brown's recent fight with Frank Ocean and Rihanna's beating as to why the club should have know Chris was a danger to others.
The case is ongoing.
