In 2009 Master P aka P Miller's brother, C Murder, was convicted of second degree murder in the shooting death of a 16 year old boy and sentenced to life in prison in Louisiana [click here and here if you missed that].
Since then C Murder has been appealing his conviction and his latest appeal was just denied...
C Murder filed his appeal on the grounds that he did not receive a fair trial, but last week judges upheld the guilty verdict and C-Murder has been ordered to serve his full sentence.
