Bobby Brown was already on probation with a suspended license from a prior DUI conviction when he was pulled over in October on suspicion of drunk driving [click here if you missed that].
Yesterday Bobby pleaded no contest to his second set of DUI charges and was sentenced to 55 days in jail and 4 years probation.
Bobby Brown must also complete an 18 month alcohol program, pay various fees and court costs and instal a breathalyzer interlock device on his vehicle, which prohibits a car from starting if the driver's blood alcohol level is above the legal limit.
