Comedian Katt Williams will not face charges of child endangerment after having four children removed from his home...
Last month Katt Williams was arrested and four children were removed from his care after the LA Department of Child and Family Services made a surprise visit to his home and found guns and a small amount of marijuana [click here if you missed that].
According to reports the D.A. has decided not to press felony charges against Katt Williams because the guns were under lock and key and the marijuana could not be easily connected to Katt because of the number of people living under his roof.
Instead the case has been sent to lower a court to determine if Katt will face any misdemeanor charges.
