After falling behind on his payments the former mistress took Stephon to court but the hoops star is calling foul...
Stephon Marbury paid Thurayyah Mitchell $600,000 to keep her mouth shut about their affair and then abruptly stopped payments.
Thurayyah took Stephon to arbitration where she was awarded $330,000 on the grounds that she could have gotten much more had she gone to the media [click here if you missed that].
Welp, Stephon just filed documents claiming Thurayyah violated their confidentiality agreement when the documents from arbitration went public, so he shouldn't have to pay.
A ruling has not been made.
