For the low, low price of $65,000, you too can dance like Usher — and he may even let you pet his new $12,000 puppy. At Thursday’s Pencils of Promise auction, Usher and Jessica Szohr got into a bidding war for a mini-golden doodle, which Usher won. The seven-time Grammy winner then surprised auction host Adam Braun by offering personal dance lessons, which fetched $65,000 from two different bidders, Pencils of Promise board member Chris Clarke and Harvard student Chloe George. Also at the fund-raiser, which raised $1.6 million to build schools in underdeveloped nations, were PR maven Marvet Brito, former Knick Baron Davis, BET’s TJ Holmes and The Rev. Al Sharpton.
