Neffe's new book 'Price I Paid: The Reality of Being a Reality TV Star' details Neffe's life outside the harsh glare of reality TV and the hard time Neffe and her family had adjusting to life outside the spotlight.
Neffe has given several interviews about her book and there's been no hint of any tea spilling concerning her famous sister or her mother. Neffe says the book is intended to help people in similar situations to keep pushing forward.
The launch party for Neffe's book is scheduled for November 10th at Kandi Burruss' Tags boutique in Atlanta.
