Bobby Brown has officially been charged with driving under the influence stemming from his arrest earlier this week...
According to TMZ the L.A. City Attorney just filed criminal charges against Bobby for DUI, driving on a restricted license and driving without a vehicle interlock device.
Bobby, currently on probation for a 2012 DUI, is facing up to two years in prison if convicted.
