Last week Phaedra Parks attorney B.J. Bernstein accused Angela Stanton of dodging her court summons in the defamation lawsuit filed against her for claiming that Phaedra Parks was a criminal mastermind in her memoir 'Lies of Real Housewife' [click here if you missed that].

Last night on Twitter Angela hinted that she's waiting until November 4th to accept the summons, the same day as the season premier of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
