For about 5 minutes last night TMZ posted a story claiming Phaedra Parks had settled her $30 million defamation lawsuit against Vibe Magazine over Angela Stanton's expose for a measly $2,500.00.

For weeks Lies of a Real Housewife author Angela Stanton has been taunting Phaedra Parks on Twitter claiming Phaedra's defamation lawsuit against Vibe had been thrown out.
Last night Phaedra's lawyer set the record straight and revealed Angela has been dodging her summons to court.
