Tameka Raymond's motion for a new trial in her child custody case has been denied...
After losing custody of her sons to ex-husband Usher Raymond, Tameka requested a new trial on the grounds that Usher's attorneys had contributed heavily to the re-election campaign of presiding Judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane [click here if you missed that].
Welp, Judge Tipton-Lane just ruled that Tameka doesn't have a legal leg to stand on because the donations made by Usher's attorneys are a matter of public record and Tameka would have known that if she'd bothered to check.
Tameka is planning to appeal the ruling.
