Back in May rumors swirled that Usher was trying to force his ex-wife Tameka Raymond out of the house she shared with her and Usher's two sons and her sons from a previous marriage [click here if you missed that].
Now that the custody ruling is over Usher is moving forward with his plans to sell the house...

My source [tells me] Foster-Raymond will have to give buyers access to see her Roswell mansion — which Usher has been trying to sell for months now. He also said Foster-Raymond will have to move out of the house soon.
