At a press conference held in Times Square senator Malcom Smith declared,
“I take strong exception to the words ‘I don’t like New York.’
“If you don’t like New York, you don’t have to come to New York, you don’t have to sell your products here, and perhaps we won’t come to your concerts.”So far Lil Wayne, who spent 8 months in jail in New York on gun charges, has not responded.
