Despite living in Miami Chris Bosh has been fighting to establish his Texas residency in order keep from paying the mother of his 3 year old daughter, Alison Mathis, 3% of his income [click here if you missed that].
Gossip Extra, who was in court for the latest residency hearing, reports Alison's lawyer made mince meat of Chris by pulling out the mortgage agreement he signed in 2010 stating that the home he bought in Florida would be his primary residence.
A decision on residency is expected in September.
