According to reports Matt was walking around Manhattan Beach when he was approached by a police officer who ran his name and found a $26,000 outstanding warrant for driving on a suspended license. During the confrontation Matt made threats against the officers and pulled a felony charge for resisting arrest to boot.
At this posting Matt was still being held on $51,000 bond.
