A judge awarded TJ temporary guardianship today because Katherine Jackson has been in Arizona for several days and has not spoken with her grandchildren.
TJ's attorney said his client was not seeking permanent guardianship, only until Katherine returns.
TJ told the judge that he spoke with Katherine on Tuesday but she sounded strange, using words he never heard her use before and that she had slurred speech.
