Now fast foreword to Dez being charged with assault and his mother no longer cooperating with police...
In the original police report Angela Bryant claimed her son hit her in the face with his baseball cap, pulled her hair, tore her shirt and bra and repeatedly hit her hands and wrists while she tried to defend herself.
Dez was charged with misdemeanor assault-family violence in Dallas yesterday, but his mother has declined to press charges.
No court date has been set.
