Everybody and their mama is waiting for another Outkast album, or at the very least a new single, but Andre 3000 is determined to keep that from happening...

In a conversation with Rap Radar editor Elliot Wilson, Big Boi admits he was supposed to be on Frank Ocean's Pink Matter single, but Andre 3000 shut him down because he didn't want an Outkast record coming out on someone else' track. Big Boi alluded to a similar situation when it was time to work with T.I.
