According to reports Evander Holyfield has not paid the court ordered child support for his 18 year old daughter Emani Holyfield since April 2010 and owes a whopping $372,000.00
The Georgia Department of Human Services have asked a judge to jail Evander and garnish his wages until the debt is settled.
In January 2010 Evander went to court to have his support order lowered [click here if you missed that], but apparently it did not work out.
