Drake's attorney tells the New York Post,
"Why would he turn himself in when he did not commit any wrongdoing?"Furthermore, members from Drake's posse tell TMZ,
"We're no running-to-the-police ass n**gas."In the mean time club W.i.P has been shut down for safety violations and an investigation is ongoing.
In a statement to the media New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly insisted arrests would be made if warranted after the investigation was complete.
