Last year Usher's litter brother, music producer James Lackey, was arrested for attacking his baby mother and their child [click here if you missed that].
Apparently things haven't gotten any better between them because now they're fighting over money. Usher's money...
James is suing to have his $1,300 a month child support order lowered claiming he doesn't make enough money to meet his current obligations.
But James' baby mama is not buying it and said as much in her recent court filings,
"Given his opulent lifestyle, he has substantial income and assets available to him. He produces music with and for his brother Usher, he owns a recording studio, receives royalties, and owns a home and has several cars."The case goes to trial next month.
