Back in December Jennifer Hudson and her fiancee David Otunga were in the process of purchasing a $3 million dream house in the Chicago suburb of Burr Ridge [click here if you missed that].
Too bad their big mouth realtor messed up the deal...
David revealed in a recent interview,
"They (real estate representatives) let that information out and so we walked away from that (deal). That was exactly the reason, so we've now found another home, and we're in the stages of finalizing that."
And in case you were wondering that's about a $180, 000 commission.
