Drug charges against El Debarge have been dropped for insufficient evidence...
El Debarge was arrested on Monday after cops frisked him and an associate hanging around the 101 freeway in LA and found cocaine hidden under a car near where they were standing. After the associate told cops he was there to purchase coke from El, El was arrested and booked on possession with intent to distribute charges [click here if you missed that].
However, citing insufficient evidence, the Los Angeles County District Attorney has decided to drop the charges.
