Baby from Cash Money is one of those guys you just have to strong arm.
Last week EMI Music filed suit against Cash Money Records for defaulting on a three year old judgment for copyright infringement [click here if you missed that].
Days after the filing Cash Money pays up...
EMI and Cash Money issued a joint statement,
"Cash Money Records and EMI Music Publishing have amicably settled EMI's recent lawsuit and their financial disputes on various record releases. The companies look forward to working together on future projects."
