Looks like the prosecutor doesn't agree with Bobby Brown's self-assessment that he wasn't driving erratically when he was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol in Reseda last Monday [click here if you missed that].
That probably has something to do with Bobby blowing a 0.12 on his breathalizer when it only takes 0.8 to be considered drunk...
Bobby, who was initially pulled over for talking on his cell phone while driving, has officially been charged with driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license.
No citation for talking on the phone was issued.
