Nick Cannon has quit his morning radio show citing recent heath problems...
This morning Nick Cannon told listeners that he is quitting his 92.3 NOW radio show,
"The news is out. This job is killing me,"Nick, who was hospitalized back in January with mild kidney failure [click here if you missed that] revealed to listeners that he'd been hospitalized since Friday with severe back pains,
"I was having a lot of pain in my back ... I learned that I had blood clots in my lungs ... and an enlarged ventricle in the right side of my heart."Nick explained that he was taking time off to take better care of himself.
