Back in 2008 Lil Wayne was booked for a concert in the Bahamas and despite being on the island, and having the concert postponed twice, Weezy never showed up [click here if you missed that]. Everybody knows what Lil Wayne was all about back in 2008: Getting high on cough syrup! So it was no surprise when it was revealed that the reason Weezy didn't show was because the concert promoter found him passed out in his hotel room unable to perform [click here if you missed that]. Well Weezy doesn't remember any of that shit and wants the promoter's $432k lawsuit against him thrown out...
According to the legal docs acquired by TMZ Weezy states,
"At no point [that night] did I become so intoxicated that I passed out on a bed in my suit, or anywhere else."Wayne says the real reason he didn't show up was because the concert was canceled, though he can't remember why, but believes it was because of technical difficulties.
Wayne is seeking a judgment in his favor.
