According to Star, the pop diva’s trainer, Marco Borges, is living in Beyonce and Jay-Z's home to whip the new mom into shape. The magazine reports that Beyonce has already lost 14 of the 40 pounds she gained while pregnant with daughter Blue Ivy Carter, who was born Jan. 7.
A source tells the magazine, "Beyonce and Marco are up at 5 a.m. for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5 p.m. They do a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and, of course, dance."
At the same time, the source says that Beyonce is carefully watching what she eats and is "living on protein shakes, egg-white omelettes, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water."
