Max Gregory is suing Wiz, Stargate, EMI Music and Rostrum Records because he copyrighted his song 'Pink & Yellow' in 2008 and says after Wiz heard it he wrote his own song 'Black & Yellow' and the remix 'Black & Purple. Max is seeking $2,375,000.00 in damages.
