Tracy's mom complains,
"Nobody's telling me anything. If his brothers or I don't look at the computer, we don't know anything that's going on in his life."
"When you're a mother and you love your kid, you don't want to read on the internet that he's sick or dead. I'm trying to find some way to get in contact."
