After languishing on the market for over a year Rihanna finally found someone to take her Beverly Hills mansion off her hands. Rihi bought the house in 2009 and soon after tried to sue her realtor for not disclosing structural damage and major design flaws [click here if you missed that]. The house recently sold for $5.3 million, above the $4.5 million asking price, but well below the the $6.9 Rihanna paid for it two years ago.
