Randy and Jermaine's shared baby mama, Alejandra Jackson, was recently awarded nearly $600,000 in back child support from Randy for the care of their three children - Genevieve, 22, Steven, 20, and Donte, 19.
The problem with the settlement is Randy says he an Alejandra struck a deal back in 1993 allowing her and the kids to live at the Jackson family compound in Encino, CA in lieu of child support.
Several times last year Alejandra and her kids were threatened with eviction from the compound including one incident where her son with Jermaine, Jaafar, tried to stun Micheal's son Blanket with a tazer gun [click here if you missed that].
Randy has filed a counter suit claiming Alejandra and the kids lived "like kings and queens" at his expense and had unlimited access to maids, cooks, expensive cars and security guards.
