Rihanna is only 23 years old, but it looks like she’s running on empty. One insider tells In Touch that over the past few months, her friends and advisers have become increasingly worried about the singer’s out-of-control partying. “She’s been smoking so much that it has been hurting her voice,” the insider reports, “and she has to work out extra because of the amount of alcohol she drinks. They’ve asked her to calm down, but if she doesn’t, her record label may soon begin making threats.”
Because she’s burning the candle at both ends, other parts of her life are falling apart, too, like the upkeep of her Beverly Hills mansion. One wouldn’t typically expect a multimillion-dollar home that’s less than two years old to be described as a “MAJOR” fixer-upper. But that’s exactly how Rihanna’s real estate agent referred to her $4.5 million mansion — and that might even be too generous of a description! Not only is the 8,520-square-foot house riddled with water damage, including moldy carpets and buckled hardwood floors, it appears to be a place unsuitable for a star like Rihanna to live in.
