Oprah Winfrey is not going to let her fledgling network go down without a fight and she's pledged to do all she can to save it...
In a recent interview Oprah admitted making mistakes with her OWN network, mainly not having a bigger onscreen presence, but sees every obstacle as an opportunity to learn.
Oprah says,
"Yes, some mistakes were made. Who hasn't made mistakes? The real beauty is you can say, 'I learned from that. I don't worry about failure. I worry about, 'Did I do all I could do?"
"I would absolutely say it is and was not where I want it to be for year one. My focus up until May was doing what I do best, which is The Oprah Winfrey Show, and giving that my full attention."
"I don't give up. I'm just getting started. It takes three to five years for a major project to become successful. You have to do the work."
