Merry Christmas Nelly American Express wants their money. Apparently Nelly Mo ran up a huge Amex bill and never got around to paying it...
American Express filed suit against Nelly in Missouri back in October for $20,400.00 plus $3,000 in attorney's fees.
Not totally surprising considering that guy put Nelly on blast way back in May about being $14 away from foreclosure and spending all his money on steroids, gambling and coke [click here if you missed that].
