Gary Dourdan was hauled into court recently for violating the restraining order placed on him after he was arrested for assaulting his ex girlfriend [click here if you missed that].
However, after listening to the court proceedings, it sounds like Gary's ex is trying to set him up...
Apparently Gary violated his protection order by texting his ex, but he had evidence proving she texted him first.
Regardless, the judge told Gary even though his ex text him first, she's not the one under order and that she can contact him all she wants and that he is legally prohibited from responding and if he contacts her again he's going to jail.
