Floyd took a plea deal and pled guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence charges in exchange for dropping a felony battery charge and pled no contest two misdemeanor harassment charges.
Floyd was sentenced to 6 months in jail with 3 months suspended and credit for three days already served. Floyd must also pay $2,500 in fines and complete 100 hours of community service.
Floyd is to turn himself in to begin serving his sentence at 10:45am on January 6, 2012.
