Apparently Wesley racked up $30,000.00 in credit card debt before he went to jail and hasn't paid a dime on it since.
According to TMZ, American Express filed a lawsuit against Wesley Snipes for $29,343.03 plus interest and attorney fees.
Wes is currently near the end of the first year of his 3 year prison sentence [click here if you missed that].
