Chris Brown has given up on fighting with his neighbors and has moved out of his West Hollywood condo...
Chris' battles with his condo association have been well documented [click here and here if you missed that] and rather than stick it out, Chris just said eff it and moved on.
One of his former neighbors tells TMZ they're "ecstatic' about the move.
Chris still owns the unit and his plans for it are not known.
