We sincerely hope the cameras were rolling, if not, the back story on Love and Hip Hop is going to be more exciting than the actual show! Last week in the super trailer for the second season of Love and Hip Hop there was obvious friction between Jim Jones' manager Yandy and his fiance Chrissy. The trailer even teased that Chrissy was getting rid of Yandy [click here if you missed that].
Well, yesterday Jim Jones got jumped in Harlem and people said it was Yandy's boyfriend who did it.
Jim, however, spins a different tale...
Jim tells Miss Info
“I was in Harlem, alone, when 3 men stepped to me…well, the first guy, I beat the s—t out of him, then the second guy jumped in with a metal pipe. I was so amped up I didn’t even feel him hitting me with it. I was still putting a beating on the first guy, but when the 3rd guy pulled a gun, I got out of there. I left. Anyone with a brain would do the same.”Miss Info asked if Jim knew why he was jumped and he said it was probably because of his jewelry. Info asked why was he alone in Harlem draped in jewels and Jim admitted,
“That was a stupid mistake. I know that. I’m human, and that’s where I slipped up. It won’t happen again.”
As for the rumors that this incident is related to another beef, Jimmy dismissed them and said they weren’t worth addressing.
