Well Gucci was in court on Friday trying to get his sentence cut but no dice...
Gucci promised to stage a benefit concert for a DeKalb County Battered Women's Shelter in exchange for cutting 3 months off his sentence but the court was not impressed.
Judge Eleanor Ross rejected Gucci's offer saying,
"I don't think it would be appropriate to let him out just because he's a rapper."
